About this course
DevOps and SRE interviews mix hands-on troubleshooting, scripting and infrastructure design. DevOps Prep covers each of these, starting from Linux and networking fundamentals and building up to Kubernetes, infrastructure as code and observability.
You'll solve Bash and SQL problems in the workspace, debug realistic broken systems, and work through infrastructure design scenarios such as zero-downtime deploys and multi-region failover. The incident response section prepares you for the on-call and postmortem questions SRE loops always include.

Is this for DevOps or SRE roles?
Both. The fundamentals overlap heavily. SRE-specific topics such as SLOs, error budgets and incident command have their own section.
Which cloud provider is used?
Concepts are cloud-agnostic. Examples use AWS by default, with notes on the equivalent GCP and Azure services.
Do I need a cloud account?
No. All hands-on exercises run in the browser workspace.
